What foods help you lose weight?
There are several foods available that help you lose weight, not gain it. One of the big issues with foods to help weight loss is that most people over eat, or continue eating after they're full. Realizing this and eating more of these types of food can help you to lose weight.

Fish
Eat fish that are rich in nutrient and Omega 3. Omega 3 is a known fat blocker, which makes exercise more effective.
Raw Vegetables
Raw vegetables are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, and easy to prepare. Try using them in a salad, or make a raw veggy sandwhich. Celery is especially helpful, because it is considered a 'negative calorie' food. This means your body burns more calories digesting the celery than the celery introduces.
Grapes
Grapes are a good food to help lose weight because they can easily replace things like cookies or chips. It's more about the repetative hand motion that grapes satisfy, but they're still sweet and sugary.
Hard To Eat Food
Things that take a while to eat make it easier to realize that you're full. Things like oranges, shellfish, and nuts take time to eat, so you'll eat slower and realize you're full sooner.
